Do you want to get an extra 35% tax credit on your new or old RRSP this year?
You can if you invest in a CEDIF.
What is a CEDIF?
A CEDIF, or Community Economic Development Investment Fund, is a Nova Scotia government program that encourages investment in local businesses by offering investors significant tax credits.
At investNS.ca we can show you how to make an investment in your province to improve economic activity here in Nova Scotia. At investNS.ca we provide:
- information about the amazing tax credits available
- free public seminars about the benefits of investing in a CEDIF
- CEDIF affinity Group Insurance and access to RRSP loans
Getting it All
If you invest in a Nova Scotia CEDIF and you are a Nova Scotian over 19 years of age and pay personal income tax, you will receive a 35% non-refundable income tax credit against NS taxes. It is also possible to receive up to 65% back in credits over time. When combined with your RRSP tax deferral, you may get back more than your investment than you put in AND STILL HAVE 100% OF YOUR INVESTMENT More
Affinity Opportunities
When you become a CEIF shareholder, you qualify for “affinity groups” offering Group Health Insurance and cost effective RRSP loans and Mortgages.
